Where are Dirty Flys NZ products shipped from?

Every order is shipped directly from our New Zealand warehouse located in Taranaki. 


Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! Dirty Flys NZ ships worldwide.Estimated delivery times are as below but please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on customs processing and your local courier service

  • New Zealand: 1–3 business days
  • Australia: 4–8 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day, with tracking provided once your order has been shipped.


Do you keep products in stock?

Yes. If an item is listed as available on our website, it's physically in stock here in New Zealand and ready to ship.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We understand that sometimes plans change.

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within our returns period. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can help with the process.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

Although it's rare, if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
