EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to return your order before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You can submit a return request directly through your customer account on our store.

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated. Please note that certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, such as sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
